Investment and Decision Making

For those who make strategic decisions in the electricity industry.

We will consider the uncertainty of technological, commercial and political dimensions in decision making and arm you with knowledge and frameworks to support the strategic decision making process. You will develop the art of presenting business cases to senior governance bodies, learning how to be succinct without losing complexity, and how to present the reality of uncertainty and risk without baffling your audience. This is a critical skill set required by senior managers.

Whether you are considering an asset refurbishment, a change in strategic direction, or investing in or decommissioning a power station – any major decisions with medium to long term implications are made in a complex and uncertain environment and cool heads are required.
