We are a small team of experts from the energy industry. We are passionate about the industry and developing others through in-class and web based training.

Our in-class courses offer business school style learning, supported with rich online resources, avoiding the more traditional style of training. We are highly motivated about encouraging robust exploratory discussions, clarity of thought, and team-based cross-functional dialogue. We are experienced facilitators who are skilled at guiding and quickly adapting to the group’s needs and unique dynamics.

Courses are also available in an online format via Lightbulb Interactive giving the option of cost effective remote learning.
